The first project involved enhancements to an existing property in poor condition, blending functionality with modern design. We erected a rear dormer extension and created a roof terrace above the first-floor rear return, providing additional living space and a private outdoor area. The installation of three rooflights to the front roofslope allows for an abundance of natural light, while the replacement of existing windows ensures both energy efficiency and aesthetic appeal. To complete the transformation, we constructed a single-storey ground-floor rear infill extension, seamlessly integrating with the original structure to create a large kitchen living area.
