We took on the challenge of altering and converting an existing building to create a unique mixed-use development. The project involves transforming the space into two townhouses, two upper-floor flats, and retaining a ground-floor commercial unit (Use Class E).
Throughout the process, our focus will be on preserving the building's character while introducing modern design elements that maximize space and functionality.
